In 2018, our founder Priya Sharma saw e-waste being dumped illegally on the outskirts of Mumbai. Shocked by the toxic pollution it caused, she left her IT job and started NextGen E-Waste Solutions from a tiny warehouse in Andheri.
Today we operate across Mumbai and Pune with a team of 120+ certified technicians, a state-of-the-art processing facility, and partnerships with over 800 businesses and government departments.

A trained NextGen technician arrives at your address at the scheduled time. They'll inventory every device, label it with a unique serial number, and load it into our secure, GPS-tracked vehicle.
Before any device is dismantled, we wipe all storage media following NIST 800-88 standards. Hard drives are either securely wiped (3-pass overwrite) or physically shredded. No data can ever be recovered.
Devices that can still work are tested and refurbished for reuse. This extends their life! Devices that can't be repaired are carefully dismantled into categories: plastics, metals, glass, circuit boards, batteries.
Circuit boards go through our urban mining process — we extract gold, silver, copper, and rare earth metals. Plastics are pelletised and sold to manufacturers. Metals are melted and reused. Nothing goes to landfill!
Within 5 business days, you receive your Certificate of Recycling with details of every device recycled, your carbon offset, and full compliance documentation for your records.
